About Us
Our clinic offers comprehensive eye examinations for all ages from toddlers to seniors, using the latest technology and equipment, alongside a professional team of experienced staff and doctors devoted to you.
Our new optical, formerly known as Fashion Optical 陳氏眼鏡, offers quality eyewear, designer sunglasses, and contact lenses.
Our clinic also offers myopia intervention management using orthokeratology lenses, therapeutic pharmaceutical agents, and specialized myopia control glasses and contact lenses.
Dr. Krystal Chan began her undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto, where she obtained her Bachelor of Applied Science and Engineering degree. She continued her studies at the University of Waterloo, where she graduated on the Dean's Honours List with a Doctorate of Optometry as well as winning the Alcon Award in Ocular Physiology & Pharmacology.

Her ocular disease externship was at the Veterans Affairs Medical Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, where she diagnosed and managed patients with cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration. Dr. Chan also interned at a laser vision correction centre in North York, Ontario, and volunteered on a vision care mission trip to Ecuador in South America.

Dr. Chan is a member of the College of Optometrists of Ontario and the Association of Optometrists of Ontario. She is licensed to prescribe therapeutic pharmaceutical agents and certified to fit orthokeralolgy lenses and MiSight contact lenses.
Dr. Chan is fluent in English, Cantonese, and conversational Mandarin and is available on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at Bamburgh Eye Care.

Optometrist
Victoria Ying Zhou
Dr. Victoria Zhou was born in Shanghai, China, and raised in Toronto. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Waterloo, graduating with an Honours Bachelor of Science as well as a minor in Psychology. She then received her Doctorate of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry in Boston.

Dr. Zhou practiced primary care, glaucoma management, and co-management of cataract surgeries at East Boston Neighborhood Health Centre and at Dorchester Community Health. During her special populations rotation, Dr. Zhou gained experience in working with patients with intellectual disabilities, low vision, and fitting of specialty contact lenses. In addition, she managed ocular diseases such as macular degeneration, diabetes, and foreign body removal during her hospital-based externships at the United States Veterans Affair Hospital in Bedford, Massachusetts.

Dr. Zhou has successfully completed both the Canadian and American National Board Examinations and is certified in the use of therapeutic pharmaceutical agents and fitting orthokeratology lenses.
Dr. Zhou is fluent in English and Mandarin and is available on Thursdays at Bamburgh Eye Care.

Isabella Chau
Dr. Isabella Chau graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science. She was immersed in the field of optometry since her first yer of university working par-time at various clinics. Realizing her passion in this field, she pursued her Doctor of Optometry degree at the New England College of Optometry in Boston.

During her time studying in the United States, Dr. Chau worked in diverse clinical settings rotating through primary care, specialty contact lenses, low vision, binocular vision, and ocular diseases. Dr. Chau is board certified in both Canada and in the United States of America. She is also certified in the use of therapeutic pharmaceutical agents and fitting orthokeratology lenses.
